In the Summer of 2000, my mother took our family on a one-week cruise to Bermuda aboard the Nordic Empress. It was a wonderful gift and vacation. Most amazingly (and with the assistance of a "patch"), I did not get seasick. The following pictures are from our trip, and include the journey back to New York City. We returned the weekend before Op-Sail 2000, and you can see an enormous naval vessel in New York harbor which had already arrived for the Fourth of July celebration.
P.S.: I note that these pictures include the only photos I ever took of the World Trade Center.
